She is widely familiar with couple and pre-marital counseling, as well as, parent consulting and coaching. She brings wisdom, humor, and warmth to the counseling room, along with clinical training.

About: Hayden is a somatic therapist and coach that specializes in breath work, nervous system regulation and craniosacral therapy. She specifically works with body energy and manual therapy to release stored emotions, excess cortisol and heal chronic pain through movement and body systems.

She is also the second ARPwave technician in the state. She has experienced the accelerated healing through current stimulation and ARPwave herself for years and now works heavily with patients to bring pain free accelerated recovery to clients post surgery, replacement, chronic nerve pain, musculoskeletal issues, and more.
